Welcome to Eloqvibe (the "App"). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you (the "User") and Shanghai Wilson Cyber Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the App.

Please read these terms carefully, especially the provisions concerning limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the App. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

2. Services

The App provides communication expression training services, including daily training, expression tools, and growth reports. We may adjust the services based on operational needs and will announce changes in the App.

3. User Accounts

You must register with an email address to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is truthful, lawful, and valid, and for safeguarding your account and verification codes.

4. User Conduct

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You may not publish unlawful content, interfere with the App, access or modify system data without authorization, or infringe the lawful rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, images, audio, video, software, programs, and interface designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. No one may use, copy, modify, or distribute App content without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Training suggestions and scores are for reference only and do not constitute any guarantee. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by network failures, maintenance, or force majeure, or for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the App.

7. VIP Membership

VIP membership is a paid subscription. Prices and benefits are shown in the App. Benefits end when the subscription expires. Subscription and cancellation are subject to the applicable platform's policies.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms when required by law or operational needs. Updated terms will be published in the App. Continued use of the App means that you accept the updated terms.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court.
